All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Descriptions, images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
4. Authenticity & Warranty
Every timepiece sold by Somoy Watch Gallery is guaranteed 100% authentic and is supplied with the applicable manufacturer or store warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover accidental damage, water ingress due to misuse, or unauthorised servicing.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. High-value timepieces are dispatched insured; please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm your order before dispatch.
7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. After delivery, eligible items may be returned or exchanged for a genuine quality issue or a wrong/damaged product if you contact us within a reasonable time of receiving the order, with the timepiece unworn and in its original packaging. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.
